1. Data Controller Information
The software FusionLens SQL (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is owned and operated by ATHENA.
2. Core Principle: Zero-Retention Architecture
FusionLens SQL acts as a secure, real-time gateway between your device and your Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
In-Memory Processing: All business data retrieved via SQL queries is processed solely in volatile memory (RAM).
No Disk Persistence: We do not store, cache, or persist any business data (the results of your SQL queries) on our servers.
Session Isolation: Once your browser session ends, all cached query results are instantly purged from volatile memory.
3. How We Use the Information
We use the collected metadata (Username, Server URL, and Administrative Logs) for the following strictly defined purposes:
Service Delivery: To establish and maintain the secure bridge to your Oracle Fusion environment.
Licensing & Compliance: To verify active license status and prevent unauthorized access or license violations.
Technical Support: To troubleshoot issues and provide customer support via our help desk.
System Optimization: To monitor anonymized performance metrics (e.g., query execution times) to improve the Application's features.
4. Authentication & Security
Credential Handling: We store only the Server URL and Username. ATHENA does not store your Oracle Fusion passwords.
Mandatory Re-authentication: Users must provide their passwords for every new session. Authentication is handled via native Oracle protocols.
Encryption: All data in transit is protected by industry-standard TLS 1.2+ encryption, preventing unauthorized interception.
5. Logging & Data Retention Period
Administrative Logs: We log login/logout timestamps and the SQL query strings executed. We do not log the data results returned by these queries.
Retention Period: These logs are stored for 12 months to provide an audit trail for your organization and to comply with legal obligations, after which they are permanently deleted.
6. Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your account metadata.
Process: To exercise these rights, please open a formal request via our
Help Desk or contact us at
hello@fusionlens.ai. Your request will be processed in accordance with legal timelines after identity verification.
7. Business Transfers
In the event that ATHENA undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information (specifically license and account metadata) may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy.
8. Do Not Track (DNT) & Analytics
DNT: Our Application does not track users across third-party websites; therefore, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
External Integrations: ATHENA is not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling protocols of Oracle Corporation or any third-party services accessed through the Application.
9. Limitation of Liability
ATHENA provides the Application "as is."
User Responsibility: ATHENA shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or operational disruptions within your Oracle Fusion environment resulting from SQL queries executed by the user.
Indirect Damages: In no event shall ATHENA be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Application.
10. Intellectual Property
All software code, interface designs, and the FusionLens SQL brand are the exclusive intellectual property of ATHENA. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Application is strictly prohibited.
11. Data Breach Notification
ATHENA commits to notifying the affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of any breach involving personal metadata, per GDPR and KVKK requirements.
12. Data Residency (Server Location)
Our infrastructure is located in Turkey, ensuring alignment with KVKK requirements. International users acknowledge that metadata processing is conducted in accordance with Turkish data protection laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
ATHENA reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Application following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
